Destin Seafood Festival 2025. The 45th annual destin seafood festival takes place from october 18th to 20th, 2025, along the destin harbor and the harbor board walk on harbor blvd (hwy 98). The destin seafood festival is the highlight event of the year in destin, and showcases the beautiful destin harbor boardwalk.
